Todos estos alimentos tienen un alto contenido en prote\u00ednas y, por lo tanto, son especialmente buenos para empezar bien el d\u00eda, con la energ\u00eda necesaria.<\/p>\n\n<p>Nos centramos aqu\u00ed en la pasta con espirulina, un plato que sin duda merece la pena probar, para un almuerzo energ\u00e9tico y saludable.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un plato apetitoso y nutritivo<\/h2>\n\n<p>En primer lugar, la pasta de espirulina es una excelente fuente de prote\u00ednas, amino\u00e1cidos, antioxidantes y minerales como el calcio y el hierro. Por ejemplo, tiene una concentraci\u00f3n de hierro 34 veces superior a la de las espinacas. La pasta con espirulina puede cubrirse como se desee, por ejemplo con verduras salteadas, pistachos y semillas de calabaza, una cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen extra y un poco de guindilla o una mezcla de especias y una pizca de parmesano. Si te gusta el pescado, en lugar de pistachos y semillas puedes a\u00f1adir gambas o salm\u00f3n, o aceitunas Taggiasca. El resultado ser\u00e1 siempre un plato colorido, apetitoso y nutritivo.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pasta casera<\/h3>\n\n<p>Si quieres probar a hacer pasta con espirulina en casa, partiendo del alga en polvo, aqu\u00ed tienes una receta de <strong>fideos frescos<\/strong> para cuatro personas.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Para empezar, tamiza la harina en un bol (200 g; utiliza la harina que prefieras)<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir Spirulina Algavenice en polvo (10 g) y dos huevos medianos<\/li><li>Amasar hasta que todos los ingredientes est\u00e9n bien mezclados<\/li><li>Preparar una superficie de trabajo bien enharinada y seguir trabajando la masa con las manos<\/li><li>Forme una bola con la masa, envu\u00e9lvala en film transparente y d\u00e9jela reposar en el frigor\u00edfico durante al menos 30 minutos.<\/li><li>Transcurrida media hora, coloque la bola de masa sobre una superficie de trabajo bien enharinada y exti\u00e9ndala con un rodillo hasta que quede fina, de un mil\u00edmetro de grosor aproximadamente.<\/li><li>A\u00f1ada m\u00e1s harina a la superficie de la hoja extendida si es necesario (tenga en cuenta que la espirulina tiende a humedecer la masa)<\/li><li>Enrollar la masa como para crear un rollo y luego, con un cuchillo de hoja lisa, hacer fideos de medio cent\u00edmetro de grosor.<\/li><li>Por \u00faltimo, desenrolla los fideos y col\u00f3calos en un plato o bandeja.<\/li><li>Mientras preparas la salsa, puedes hervir el agua y cocer los fideos 5 minutos como m\u00e1ximo.<\/li><li>Escurrir la pasta y echarla en la sart\u00e9n con la salsa, a\u00f1adiendo finalmente aceite y especias al gusto.
