The Data Controller, pursuant to Art. 37 GDPR appointed its pro-tempore legal representative.
Purpose of Treatment
Follow up presales and business information activities requested by the subject.
Manage, conclude and execute the agreed contractual relationship, as well as, any ancillary devices required, including any fulfillment related to tax and accounting obligations.
Handle and execute the data subject’s contact requests, requests for the provision of services, in requests for assistance including through communication to third parties.
Data resulting from implicit transmission in the use of Internet communication protocols.
The data could also be used to ascertain liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the IT structure (legitimate interests of the owner).

Data access

Duration of Treatment Storage
In general, Società Agricola Serenissima S.S. keeps your personal data short periods of time, or as long as necessary for the performance of the contract entered into.
